Corrections come first
If you have found a factual error, put Correction in the subject line and tell us which article and which sentence. We check it, fix it, and add a dated note at the bottom of that article. This queue gets answered before anything else.
What to expect

| A factual error | Checked and fixed, usually within 48 hours |
| A question about an article | Answered, and if it is a common one we add it to the article's FAQ |
| Advertising or sponsorship | We do not sell sponsored content or links. We will say no politely. |
| A product you want reviewed | Genuinely welcome. It buys no promise of coverage and no promise of a positive verdict. |
| A guest post or link exchange | We do not accept these. These emails are not answered. |
